Ever since Eliud Kipchoge wore a prototype version of the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% to run that incredible sub-2 marathon in Vienna, we knew the shoes would end up on sale at some point. Now they’re finally here, with a World Athletics regs-busting stack height, just the one carbon plate and crazy looking new Air pod. And of course they come with even more controversy than the original Next%. So what else is new and what does it all mean? I joined fellow Run Tester, Nick, to chat about the launch of Nike’s newest performance enhancers.
