While investing in a fitness tracker can be a step in the right direction on the road to a healthier you, it’s easy to expect your new gadget to be a magic wand that’ll grant your fitness wishes, and then be disappointed. Unfortunately it’s not that simple. Just like any piece of fitness equipment, or those good intentioned gym memberships, if you don’t use it right, you won’t get results.
At the end of the day it all still comes down to your own motivation, willpower and decision making. Luckily there are ways to use an activity tracker to help with those.
